TJM Scaffolding successfully tendered and completed the scaffold package for Chermside redevelopment project which included the erection of edge protection, canti lever and access scaffold.  Over 2,000 tonnes of scaffold were erected and dismantled.

Westfield Chermside has become the largest centre in the Scentre Group portfolio through the creation of an additional 33,000 square metres of retail space.  Approximately 95 new stores have been added to the retail mix and a new leisure and dining precinct features a selection of boutique cafes and al fresco restaurants and is set to become one of the city’s premier dining destinations.
